Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and incoming calls Assist customers with product enquiries, pricing, and sales orders Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately Handle cash, card, and account transactions in line with company procedures Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely order fulfilment Maintain accurate sales records and customer information Support general administrative and front desk duties Ensure the front desk area remains professional and customer-ready at all times Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) Minimum of 3 years experience in front desk sales, retail sales, or a customer-facing sales role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Knowledge of timber or manufacturing products is an advantage Key Competencies:
