Precision Machining: Expertly operate Heavy-Duty Walking Foot machines to stitch both high-grade leather and various fabrics.
High-Speed Production: Maintain exceptional speed and accuracy in a pace-driven environment, meeting strict daily output targets without compromising quality.
Material Mastery: Handle the unique challenges of leather (non-forgiving needle holes) and the nuances of fabric (stretch, grain, and tension).
Technical Maintenance: Perform basic machine troubleshooting and threading to keep your station running at peak efficiency.
Quality Control: Self-inspect all work to ensure seams, top-stitching, and finishes meet our premium brand standards. Requirements (No Exceptions)

Experience: 5–10 years of solid experience in a factory or industrial sewing environment.
Machinery: Expert-level proficiency with Industrial Walking Foot machines.
Speed & Learning: You must be a naturally fast learner who can adapt to new patterns quickly and maintain a high "pieces-per-hour" rate.
Stamina: Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced factory setting.
