MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBCom in Logistics / Marketing / International / Trade advantageous Must have experience with QX and stock management Bilingual: Afrikaans & English Computer literate MS Office proficiency Strong organisational and communication skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Daily stock management and reconciliation of stock between QX and cold stores Allocating stock and sending out loadout instructions to relevant parties Coordinate export logistics with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and cold stores Manage bookings and export documentation Reconcile forecasts vs stock and perform Q67 checks Provide vessel updates and shipping statuses Prepare packing plans, loading notifications, and client documents
