We're seeking a People Data Analyst to be the custodian of HR analytics, supporting our business in making key strategic decisions by transforming people data into meaningful business insights.
This high-impact role is focused on enhancing system functionality, improving HR efficiency, and providing the deep-dive analytics necessary to drive our human capital strategy forward

Bachelor’s degree (BCom or BSc) or relevant tertiary education.
1-3 years’ experience in an analytical role (Advantageous)
- Some experience or knowledge of industrial principles (process mapping,lean methodology, six sigma, kaizen etc).

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)

Understanding of HR metrics and workforce analytics

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
