We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Accounting Assistant to support the day-to-day financial and administrative functions of the business. This role focuses on basic accounting tasks, record-keeping, and administrative support, ensuring that financial information is accurate, up to date, and well organised.

Key Responsibilities
Capture and process invoices, receipts, and payments
Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable administration
Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Prepare basic financial summaries and reports for management
Support month-end processes and assist with audit preparation
Handle general administrative duties related to finance and office operations
Liaise with suppliers and internal staff regarding payments and documentation
Qualifications & Experience
Matric (or equivalent); a certificate or diploma in bookkeeping, finance, or administration is an advantage
1–3 years’ experience in an administrative, finance, or bookkeeping role
Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
Comfortable working with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Good numerical ability and attention to detail
