Counter Sales

Description:

Proven sales experience
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Target driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Professional appearance and confident presentation
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle ( essential )
Computer literate ( MS Office, CRM systems, email
Assist customers promptly and professionally at the sales counter.
Participate in periodic physical stock counts.
Assist in maintaining a clean , professional, and well-presented branch environment.
Support delivery operations as and when required.
Contribute to the long-term growth.
Ensure compliance with all relevant EH&S / SHEQ requirements.
Deliver world-class customer service and support client retention.
Perform and additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Must Have Experience in Counter Sales.
Must have knowledge of Construction Machines.
Valid drivers license and own transport (non negotiable)
Sales -related qualification ( advantageous )
