The Opportunity
This role is suited to a sales professional who values trust-based, consultative selling over volume-driven targets. You will earn a R20,000 basic salary plus performance-based commission while building a career in a growing fleet technology market. Working with commercial fleet clients, you’ll help businesses improve safety, reduce risk, and operate more efficiently using video telematics solutions. The role offers exposure to AI-driven technology, long-term client relationships, and clear opportunities to grow your commercial sales capability.

What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within commercial fleet environments
Engage fleet managers and operations decision-makers through consultative sales discussions
Present and demonstrate vehicle camera systems and video telematics platforms
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records using CRM tools
Experience & Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet, telematics, logistics, security, or technology solutions
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand operational and risk-based client needs
