Description:
Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email & social media
Assist with product info, pricing, orders, deliveries & complaints
Coordinate orders, inventory control & warehouse communication
Resolve delivery issues and follow up on customer satisfaction
General admin support: digital filing, invoices & basic accounting assistance
Plan and assist with social media content (content calendars, captions, engagement)
Requirements:
Experience with Shopify, Xero, Slack & Google Drive (folders)
Strong customer care & communication skills
Organised, proactive and professional
Able to multitask across operations, admin & content
Social media and basic content creation skills are an advantage
