Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management
Oversee and manage all warehousing operations including receiving, assembly, packing, and dispatch. Ensure accurate inventory control and stock reporting. Manage stock levels, perform cycle and full stock counts. Eliminate obsolete stock and ensure optimal inventory turnover. Procurement and Inventory Planning
Plan and manage procurement processes (local and imports). Ensure inventory availability while minimizing working capital. Develop and maintain inventory naming and numbering conventions. Logistics and Transportation Management
Manage transportation and shipping, both domestic and international. Negotiate and manage transporter and supplier contracts. Ensure cost-effective and timely delivery schedules. Compliance, Safety, and Operational Efficiency
Maintain safety standards in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Safeguard warehouse operations and reduce damage and shrinkage.
