Field Implementation & Activation Coordinator – Johannesburg

Salary: R10,000 per month

We are a growing fintech company working with informal workers and small businesses across South Africa. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on person based in Johannesburg to help onboard new business sites, activate locations, and support users on the ground.

This is a field-based role, not an office job. You will work directly with business owners and their staff to ensure smooth setup, activation, and ongoing support.Key Responsibilities

• Visit new business sites to implement and activate our solution

• Assist business owners and staff with onboarding and training

• Ensure QR codes and other activation materials are correctly installed

• Provide on-site support during initial rollout periods

• Handle basic email and WhatsApp support queries

• Identify issues early and escalate where needed

• Gather feedback from sites and report back to the team

• Maintain strong relationships with site managers and partnersRequirements

  • Based in Johannesburg

  • Comfortable working in the field and dealing with people

  • Reliable, organised, and self-motivated

  • Knowledge and use of google products

  • Good communication skills

  • Smartphone, email, and messaging skills

  • Able to follow processes and work independently
