A well established company in the Automotive industry requires a Production Supervisor:
DUTIES:
- Coordinate and oversee daily production activities and monitor workflow.
- Address problems and malfunctions that arise during the production process to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the correct use of production equipment, report and monitor maintenance required
- Lead, manage and supervise production staff
- Ensure compliance with all production standards and specifications, ensuring production time frame is adhered to
- Identify and address any quality issues promptly
- Prepare and maintain production reports
- Document issues or deviations from standard procedures and implement corrective actions
- Report on production status and issues
- Ensure good housekeeping and workplace organisation practices
- Ensure raw materials are ordered, staged and consumed in line with demand
- Monitor production output as well as staff
- Preparing daily and weekly production plans
Requirements:
