Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Receptionist to join our team in the construction industry. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring professional communication and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Handle client queries and provide accurate information
- Manage filing systems and maintain organized records
- Support administrative tasks and office coordination
- Assist with general reception duties and office support
Must-Have Requirements
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (speak, read, and write)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
