Junior Manager -Restaurant (Menlyn)
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Junior Manager to join our restaurant in Menlyn. This role is ideal for someone with strong restaurant experience who is ready to grow into a management position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily restaurant operations
- Support and supervise staff during service
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle basic admin, cash-ups, and opening/closing duties
- Assist with stock control and operational standards
- Address guest queries professionally
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience (supervisory experience advantageous)
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and grow within the business
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
