Minimum Requirements

  • Education:
    • Grade 12 (Matric) essential
    • Post-matric qualification in Finance, Business, or related field (advantageous)
    • Regulatory Exam RE5 (advantageous / required, depending on compliance needs)
  • Compliance:
    • FAIS compliant in terms of Fit and Proper requirements
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or client service essential
    • Proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Tech-savvy, with strong ability to use digital platforms and CRM systems
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Target-driven with resilience and persistence
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
