Description:
Qualification:Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Diploma in Logistics will be an added advantage
Experience:
3 years experience in a service and store related environment
Administrative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Duties/Responsibilities:
Issuing out all installation and withdrawals tickets on a daily basis
Supervise loading and offloading of vehicles
Liaising with customers telephonically to schedule installation service (deep clean, Pest and Hygiene etc)
Planning around and booking vehicles for services
Managing fuel cards
Checking stock back from returns
Managing installation and maintenance teams
Updating routing of clients when changes are required
Checking services closed on the system vs OPSI
Liaising and /or supplying service schedules to customers
Assist with monthly stock takes
Attend weekly SM meeting
