Key Responsibilities : Process customer orders via phone, email, and walk-in sales Prepare quotations and Pro Forma invoices Liaise with customers regarding products, deliveries, and queries Support External Sales Representatives with sales and admin Handle customer returns and credit requests Coordinate with stores to ensure accurate picking and on-time delivery Minimum Requirements :Minimum 2 years internal sales experience Experience in the industrial/tools/technical environment preferred Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Proficient in SYSPRO and MS Office (non-negotiable) Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Fluent in English & Afrikaans
