Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Revit Modeller to join their team in either their Cape Town or Durban office. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating accurate and detailed 3D models, supporting design teams, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Revit 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and schedules from Revit models
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy
- Maintain model integrity and compliance with project standards and best practices
- Assist in the coordination of multidisciplinary design information
- Support project teams throughout design and construction phases
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Revit Modeller
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
