- At least 2 years’ experience operating CNC plasma cutting machines.
- Experience within the steel or metal fabrication industry preferred.
- Matric is not required but would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of machine setup, operation, and basic maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Willingness to work cross-functional when required (support other production areas as needed).
Additional (Favourable) Capabilities
- Crane operator licence.
- Forklift licence.
