Estate Manager (HOA) - GeorgeOur client based in George is on a recruitment drive for a hands-on, knowledgeable Estate Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and driven with strong customer service skillsDuties include but not limited to:Ensure the safety and welfare of the members and the estateEnsure that the estate and facilities are operated in a safe and efficient mannerEnsure that the buildings, roads and gardens of the estate are maintained to the highest possible standardsProjects are effectively delivered and that all systems and technology are managed.Confer and liaise freely with HOA officers, portfolio managers, duly appointed service provides board of directors and duly appointed committees, in connection with the performance of his duties and when required from time to timeAdminister monies received and hand over same for banking purposes as advised by the financial administratorAll major purchases of equipment, tools, supplies, and materials unless directed by the Board of Directors or other persons in a position of authority (HOA)- Purchases must be made in the name of the property.Financial Records are maintained in good standing, accurate to be able to identify the source of all funds and / or moneys, collected and / or administered by the Estate Manager including the disbursement, and maintain orderly files containing records of common charges and payment thereof, Including: assessment payment records of individual owners insurance policies, correspondence, an up to date registry of owners and occupiers, receipted bills and voucher's and all documents, contracts, and papers pertaining to the operation of the estate, and the same shall be and shall remain the property of the Estate. The Estate Manager shall upon request of the Board of Directors, company officers, accountants, attorneys or representatives, upon reasonable notice and during normal office hours.Implement and maintain a...   • Matric or Technical Matric
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be hugely advantageous alternatively
  • Experience as a site / building manager - 5 years
  • Computer Literate - MS Office Suite
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
