HR MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field
Sound knowledge of Human Resources, Labour Legislation, and Employee Relations
Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HR software (e.g. Sage HR, BambooHR) and MS Office
Ability to develop and implement HR policies and initiatives
Professional and ethical approach
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures
Oversee employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance processes
Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
