Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Health & Safety Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment, and reducing risks across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures
Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company standards
Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare reports
Provide health and safety training and awareness to staff
Maintain safety records and documentation
Liaise with management and regulatory authorities where required
Requirements:
- Health & Safety: 2 to 3 years
- Risk Assessments: 2 to 3 years
Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of applicable health & safety legislation
Computer literacy
Female between age of 30 – 50 years
