Description:
• Receive visitors and telephone calls
• Manage front office access and activities
• Coordinate patient appointments and any patient transport arrangements
• Maintain patient records
• Procure stationery and groceries
• Coordinate receipt, completion and delivery of forms and mail
• Attend to account payments and queries
• Coordinate building maintenance repairs
Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Secretarial Course - Preferable
• 3-5 Years’ experience in a medical practice or environment
• Certified Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong administration skills
• Authorisation experience advantageous
• Good communication and patient care skills
• English and one other official language essential
• Attention to detail and timekeeping
