Description:
We are looking for a friendly, receptionist to manage check-ins/outs, reservations, calls, and guest queries. Must be well-spoken, well-presented, and able to work weekends/public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle reservations.
Answer calls, emails, and guest queries professionally.
Process payments, issue invoices/receipts, and balance the cash-up.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth room readiness.
Resolve guest concerns quickly and calmly.
Maintain accurate records on the hotel system.
Requirements:
Matric
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Computer literate.
Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Well-presented and professional.
