• Matric
• Fluent in English and must at least be able to understand conversational Afrikaans
• Must be presentable
• Fast learner
• Willing to work shifts between 09:00 and 20:00
• Good problem solving skills
• Reliable
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Excellent customer service
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Active listening skills
