Key Responsibilities:Provide overall financial management and leadership of the finance team Generate, analyse, and present financial data to support business decisions Compile, review, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the Board Review financial documentation to ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes Liaise and collaborate with internal departments to achieve financial and operational objectives Ensure robust financial controls, policies, and procedures are maintained
Key Requirements:
CA(SA) preferred, or BCom Degree in Accounting Minimum of 3 years completed articles 58 years experience in a finance role At least 3 years experience in a similar Finance Manager or senior finance role Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Solid knowledge of financial regulations and requirements within the property / retail sector Key Competencies:
