Description:
Duties:Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurants daily operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver 5* service.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
Monitor reservations, guest satisfaction, and service flow.
Maintain stock control of beverages and oversee supplier relationships.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Drive revenue and manage budgets while controlling costs.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal qualification
Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a 4- or 5* establishment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
