Responsibilities:
Processing invoices and reconciling with purchase orders and goods receipts Processing the daily cash books and petty cash Overseeing the daily cash office work Balancing the trade accounts between Arch and Pastel HP monthly processing Month-end journals Management accounts Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payments Manage the loading of vendor payments and account details Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations Monitor and update debtor and credit applications and information
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance Proven experience in accounts payable, receivable, and bookkeeping roles Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Pastel and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills
