How you'll role

A leading sports betting brand is expanding its support team and seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Agent to deliver fast, friendly, and effective service. You’ll be a key point of contact for customer queries, helping to resolve issues, guide users, and ensure a smooth overall experience.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues across multiple channels, providing effective and efficient solutions

• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to offer accurate information to customers

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience

• Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction

• Provide feedback to the Customer Support Manager about product issues, service trends, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts

• Maintain flexibility in your work schedule to cover evening and weekend shifts as needed

• Participate in training and development opportunities to expand product knowledge and enhance customer service skills

Requirements:

• Customer Support: 1 to 2 years
• Troubleshooting: 1 to 2 years
• Crm Databases: 1 to 2 years

• Proven experience as a Customer Support Agent or similar role within the gaming or betting industry.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
• Fluency in Afrikaans is prefered

• Proficiency in English is mandatory

• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and provide quick and effective solutions

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling high-stress situations

• Remain flexible to accommodate evening and weekend shifts as required

• Proficiency in relevant customer support software, databases, and tools

What you'll need
