Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and budgets. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in line with accounting standards. Reconcile accounts, review general ledger entries, and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate trial balances. Support financial planning, forecasting, and budget tracking processes. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights. Assist with internal and external audits. Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation. Manage and coordinate the depot finance team. Oversee cash handling, banking, and reconciliations. Monitor stock movements and conduct physical stock verifications. Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities in line with group timelines. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal policies. Handle direct and indirect tax matters, including submissions and compliance. Stay informed on changes in accounting standards and financial regulations. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by senior finance leadership.Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in financial accounting or a similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.Preferred Skills:
