Requirements
National Diploma in HR Management (essential); Degree preferred Minimum 5 years HR experience, including 3 years in manufacturing Advanced Excel and strong HR reporting capability Proven experience in Sage 300 People modules Sound knowledge of labour legislation and industrial relationsKey Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Coordinate performance management cycles and documentation Support training administration, Skills Development reporting, and audits Handle disciplinary and grievance processes, including CCMA representation Liaise with unions and bargaining councils Administer payroll inputs and employee benefits with Sage 300 HR modules Support Employment Equity and BBBEE compliance activities Compile accurate monthly HR analytics and reports
