Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, transfers, exits)
Maintain accurate employee records for local and expat staff
Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with payroll providers
Administer leave, attendance, rotations, and site rosters
Labour Relations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Angolan labour laws and mining regulations
Handle disciplinary processes, grievances, and dispute resolution
Support site management with employee relations matters
Prepare HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Coordinate recruitment of local nationals and expat personnel
Liaise with recruitment agencies and immigration consultants
Support workforce planning aligned with production and shutdown schedules
Expat & Local Workforce Support
Manage expat documentation, visas, work permits, and renewals
Act as HR point of contact for expat employees on site
Support localisation initiatives and skills transfer programs
