Job Title: AccountantDuties and Responsibilities: Accurate processing of transactions on Pastel Weekly cashflow management and payments preparation Ensure correct procedures are followed for statutory reporting Monthly invoicing, reconciliation, and Accounts Receivable management Compile and trace data throughout a packhouse system Oversee Account Payable and manage finance clerk Monthly budget vs actual reporting Prepare financial statements and assist in annual external audit Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3 years' accounting experience Pastel accounting experience Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance SAICA or SAIPA articles completed Skills and Competencies: Effective handling of detailed information with attention to detail Structured and highly organized approach to work Ability to take responsibility and show initiative Good problem-solving and internal audit skills Excellent written and verbal communication Results-oriented and able to plan and execute effectivelyCommunication will be limited to short listed candidates only.
