Key Responsibilities:- Accounting Processing:
- Capture and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journals accurately and timeously.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or Pastel depending on your preference). Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance (or currently studying towards one). 12 years accounting experience (including internships or articles) preferred. Solid understanding of VAT, creditors, debtors, and reconciliations.
