About the Role
BST HeadHunters is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to help drive our business decisions.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience: Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communication: Strong ability to present complex data findings to stakeholders clearly.
