Description:

Legodi BEE Consultants, based in Roodepoort, is looking for a Junior HR & B-BBEE Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level HR professional with a qualification in Human Resources or equivalent, eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to HR best practices aligned with our business strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with job advertisements, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
  • Draft and track employment contracts, setting calendar reminders for renewals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all documents are properly filed.
  • Assist with training coordination, including booking venues, preparing materials, and tracking attendance. Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.
  • Assist with completing B-BBEE scorecards and scheduling the audits.
  • Conducting B-BBEE gap analysis.
  • Completing Joint ventures applications on behalf of clients.
  • Completing applications for EME,QSE and generic certificates.

  • Excel: 1 to 2 years
  • Human Resourses: 1 to 2 years
    • Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent (advantageous)
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Relevant work experience as an HR, B-BBEE, or office administrator (advantageous)
    • Relevant work experience in completing and submitting WSP/ATR reports to various SETAs (advantageous).
    • Relevant work experience with Employment equity reporting and submissions (Advantageous).
  • Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent (advantageous)
