Corporate Sales Co-ordinator (Retail Industry)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Corporate Sales Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Corporate Sales team. You will play a vital role in supporting our corporate clients by managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth, client retention, and the success of our corporate sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration: Process and track corporate orders and quotations; maintain accurate client and sales records.
  • Client Coordination: Liaise with corporate clients, confirm order details, support onboarding, and respond promptly to queries.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with logistics, finance, buying, and marketing to ensure smooth order fulfilment and stock updates.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Compile sales performance reports, track sales targets, and provide trend analysis.
  • Operational Support: Schedule client meetings, prepare presentations and proposals, and assist with corporate events or campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales coordination or client service (retail or B2B preferred).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate sales processes, CRM systems, product ranges, pricing, and stock management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
  • Behavioural Competencies: Customer-focused, team player, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
