ð??? What youll be doingYoull manage the full accounting function end-to-end, including:
- Full responsibility for debtors, creditors, banking, petty cash, and reconciliations
- Monthly management reporting, including Income Statements and Balance Sheets
- Rolling weekly cash flow forecasts with clear insights for decision-making
- General ledger, balance sheet, and fixed asset reconciliations
- VAT preparation and SARS e-filing, ensuring full statutory compliance
- GP% analysis, margin investigations, and performance reporting
- Intercompany loan account reconciliations
- Maintaining statutory and compliance documentation (CSD, TCS, and related requirements)
- Managing, mentoring, and developing finance team members
- Supporting audits and engaging with statutory and B-BBEE auditors
ð??¯ What were looking for
- B.Com in Accounting or Finance
- Solid working knowledge of IFRS / relevant accounting frameworks
- Strong experience with statutory taxes and SARS E-Filing
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, data analysis)
- Exposure to ITS / NAV (advantageous)
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with system implementations or migrations (advantageous)
