Requirements
Proven track record in Ford vehicle sales (compulsory)
Confident closer with strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Target-driven and motivated by success
Valid driver’s licence and own transport
Duties
Drive sales of new Ford vehicles to an enthusiastic client base
Deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact to final handshake
Stay up-to-date on Ford models, features, and competitive advantages
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Build lasting relationships with clients and generate repeat business
