Position: Mid Level Interior Designer – Multi-Sector
Location: Umhlanga-Durban
Salary: R18 000 – R28 000 – experience depending
This Role Requires Mid-Level Interior Designer to manage and deliver interior design projects across luxury residential, retail, hospitality, and corporate environments.
Responsibilities
Lead projects from concept to installation with minimal supervision Develop space planning, layouts, and design concepts Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentations Specify furniture, finishes, fabrics, and lighting Produce 2D technical drawings and coordinate documentation Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors Conduct site visits, installations, and snagging Support and mentor junior designers.Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture 3–6 years’ experience Strong AutoCAD skills; SketchUp/Revit advantageous Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ·Excellent organisation, communication, and client-facing skills ·Multi-sector project exposure ·3D rendering experience ·Valid driver’s licensePassionate for creating, new designer inspiring spaces, guiding clients in selecting the perfect space, and transforming their visions into reality.
