RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a trade tested and experienced YELLOW PLANT DIESEL MECHANIC - WIRTGEN & VOGELE MACHINERY (CONSTRUCTION / EARTHMOVING INDUSTRY) for a well-established, growing concern based in Pietermaritzburg , KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Code 14 / 15 valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
English/Afrikaans speaking person.
Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Trade tested diesel / earthmoving mechanic (yellow plant diesel mechanic with earthmoving and construction experience).
5yrs+ previous working experience in the construction / earthmoving industry.
Previous working experience with construction / heavy plant earthmoving equipment is ESSENTIAL. Yellow plant diesel mechanic with construction experience and Wirtgen and Vogele machinery experience.
Previous working experience on trucks and yellow metal equipment (TLBs, excavators, etc is a requirement.
Person must be willing to work weekends and after hours when required.
Must be able to work independently without continuous supervision.
