What Youll Need:
-National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
-SAGMA or GMF Accredited Qualification
-3+ years experience as a Wheat Miller
-Comprehensive grain experience
-Valid RSA drivers license & own transport
-Willingness to work shifts
-Ability to monitor & maintain milling equipment
-Expertise in controlling milling processes to meet quality standards
-Routine maintenance experience for machine reliability
-Strong background in training, mentoring & supervising teams
