You can navigate office politics and technical jargon with equal ease Agility: Youre comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot strategies as the project evolves Tech Literacy: You don't need to code, but you must understand the Development lifecycle and Agile environments Certification: PROSCI, CCMP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred
