Description:
TEMP Creditors Clerk will be responsible for managing the full creditors function and ensuring accurate financial processing within strict month-end deadlines.Key Responsibilities :Capture financial data including statements, invoices, and credit notesAllocate payments accurately against invoicesPerform supplier reconciliations and age analysisProcess purchase ordersCapture and reconcile cashbooks, allocating payments to the ledgerMaintain electronic filing systemsLiaise with suppliers to resolve queriesEnsure all creditors and accounts duties are completed within month-end deadlines Minimum requirements:- Matric (Grade 12)
- Financial tertiary qualification
- Advanced Excel skills
- 3–5 years’ experience in a creditors/accounts payable role
- Own Transport
