Key Responsibilities
Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of new and used vehicle stock Ensuring physical stock matches system stock at all times Capturing and maintaining accurate records on the dealership system (Evolve / Autoline / Kerridge or similar) Managing all vehicle documentation (invoices, delivery notes, registrations, licensing) Adhering to OEM and internal audit standards with constant audit readiness Monitoring stock ageing and producing accurate management reports Coordinating inter-branch vehicle transfers and floorplan processes Supporting Sales and Finance with stock availability and compliance releaseRequirements
Matric (Grade 12) essential 34 years experience in the retail motor industry Proven stock control and reconciliation experience Advanced Excel skills and DMS exposure Valid drivers licence and own vehicle Willingness to work weekends when requiredIdeal Profile
