Position Overview
Senior Integration Engineer
· Mandatory Overseas Travel for implementation.
· Good communication Skill
· Collaborate with teams and get the fixes for all issues.
· Take ownership for integration testing phase, working with analysts, Account Managers, Solution Consultants, Architects and product owners
· Take Ownership of Tracking / Deploying / Testing and identify and resolve issues to ensure solution being delivered fulfills the end user requirements
· Communicate with software developers and engineers and get resolutions for problems, if any, in the integrated solution
· Provide technical assistance for L1 and L2 support by providing KT and analyzing the problem
· Assume role of brand ambassador and display professional demeanor in all interactions - internal and external
· Participate in integration, deployment and customer training/engagement activities at customer site. This will require the incumbent to be willing to travel
· Identify and automate tasks in Integration/ Testing and Deployment related activities
· Responsible for ensuring that solution delivered is validated against the customer functional and nonfunctional requirements
· Responsible to create knowledge base and maintain trackers as per the defined processes
Required Skill Set
· Experience on Unix / Python Scripting is added advantage
· Knowledge on CI/CD integration.
· 4+yrs of experience in telecom domain ( BSS / OSS )
· Candidate must have experience on Dockerization and Kuberntes
· Candidate must have experience on DB – Preferable NoSQL DB
· Strong experience with data architecture and application architecture
· Hands-on experience in implementing, troubleshooting and supporting telecom customer care and Integration with Billing system.
· Knowledge of event driven systems, schema, orchestration, mapping, exception handling
· Knowledge of database engineering using MongoDB/Cassandra and SQL development
· Knowledge of various architectures and protocols such as MOM, XSLT, SOA, UDDI, EDA, REST, XML, FTP, WSDL, and SOAP
· Knowledge on webservices and weservers
· Knowledgeable about different computer applications; up to date with constant changes and developments in technologies.

· Knowledge on all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
· Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries
· Should have strong problem solving, analytical skills, and Good communication.
· Knowledge on Telecom domain is must.
· Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environment.
· Hands-on experience in SQL/MYSQL/Shell / Perl scripting
· Strong experience in test Plan and test Case preparation, execution, & test result reporting along with bug tracking and reporting.
· Quick learner with strong initiative
· Customer orientation skill
· Implementation Experience at Customer site is an added advantage
· Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Minimum Qualification / Education
Engineering Graduate.
