Key Responsibilities
Ensure reliability and performance of cold-end equipment (lehrs, conveyors, inspection, coating, palletising). Drive defect reduction, KPI ownership, and root cause analysis. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Manage full mould lifecycle, cost control, and quality performance. Ensure engineering safety and statutory compliance. Lead and develop artisans, technicians, and apprentices.Requirements
BSc / BEng (Mechanical or Electrical) NQF 7 GCC advantageous Strong reliability and maintenance engineering experience CMMS and data-driven problem-solving skills Glass manufacturing experience advantageous
