We are looking for an Assistant Butchery Manager to run our store in PMB CBD. The role involves leading the butchery team, managing stock and quality, and ensuring top standards of customer service and food safety.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day butchery operations.
- Maintain hygiene and safety compliance.
- Manage stock - orders - and receiving.
- Drive sales and implement promotions.
- Lead and develop staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a butchery or meat management role.
- Knowledge of meat cuts, products, and merchandising.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Salary:
