Description:
Looking for a fit, healthy and trustworthy Diesel Mechanic / Workshop Supervisor who is willing to get their hands dirty.
With strong background in Diesel Mechanics and passionate about heavy machinery and earthmoving equipment.
Must have workshop experience
Qualified Diesel Mechanic
Extensive experience in maintaining, and repairing earth moving equipment
Oversee the daily operations of the workshop
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of diesel-powered machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Work on heavy-duty earthmoving equipment including excavators, tipper trucks and loaders
Lead, mentor and manage a team
In dept knowledge of engine and parts
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Will also be required to go to sites to repair earth moving equipment on sites
