Key Responsibilities: Greeting and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Schedule and manage appointments and meeting rooms Assist visitors with basic enquiries Perform general administrative duties from various departments (filing, data capture, photocopying, scanning) Coordinate with internal departments as needed Monitor Cleaning staffRequired Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, professional, and well-presented demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail Ability to remain calm under pressure Customer-service oriented attitude
Qualifications & Experience (Typical): Matric / high school certificate Previous experience in a receptionist or front-office role (advantageous) Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with switchboard systems (advantageous)
