Description:
My client is looking for a Business Analyst / Application Support Analyst with a fully remote working model.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
· Experience supporting and enhancing existing software applications
· Strong ability to investigate system functionality and perform gap analysis
· Proven experience writing use cases, test cases , and supporting regression testing
· Experience in a support or help desk environment (advantageous)
· Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
· Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations
· Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software functionality
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
· Experience producing clear documentation for both technical and business users
· Advantageous: exposure to DevOps tools , UI/UX concepts, or involvement in scoping / SoW activities
